IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE 3D MODEL AND RELATED SOFTWARE (THE “PRODUCT”). BY CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE, YOU ENTER INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

1. Product Status – EXPRESS WARNING

1.1. The product (VNGTG) is SOLELY A DEMONSTRATION PROTOTYPE in an early stage of development. It is NOT a completed, finalized, or safety-tested product.
1.2. THE PRODUCT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and the Bulgarian Medical Devices Act. It has not undergone a conformity assessment, does not bear the “CE” marking, and is not registered with the Bulgarian Drug Agency.
1.3. The product is NOT INTENDED for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, monitoring, or alleviation of any diseases, injuries, or health conditions.

2. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION ON USE ON HUMANS AND ANIMALS

2.1. Any use, testing, or application of the Product, or of any physical object modeled after it, on humans or animals is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 2.2. Any violation of this prohibition is entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Such use is potentially dangerous to health and life and constitutes an unlawful act. The Product has not undergone clinical trials in accordance with the Medical Devices Act.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The product is provided “as is” (“as is”/“telle quelle”), without any express or implied warranties of quality, merchantability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3.2. The Supplier shall not be liable for any property or non-property damages (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental damages, lost profits, or loss of data) arising from the download, creation, modification, use, or inability to use the Product. 3.3. The limitation under Section 3.2 does not apply, and the Supplier’s liability is not excluded in cases of damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on its part, as well as in other cases provided for by mandatory provisions of Bulgarian law.

4. Copyright

The 3D model and the associated software are subject to copyright within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (CRRA). By accepting these terms, you are granted only a non-exclusive right to use the Product for personal, non-commercial, and experimental purposes that do not violate the prohibition set forth in Section 3.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

5.1. Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
5.2. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement can be reached, by the competent Bulgarian court in accordance with the rules of the Civil Procedure Code.

6. Acceptance of the Terms

By checking the box “I have read and accept the Terms of Use and Disclaimer,” you expressly confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and fully agree to all clauses of this document.
• You understand that the Product is an experimental prototype and you assume all risks associated with its use.
• You agree to strictly comply with the prohibition on use on humans and animals.
